~ Online Leadership Center ~

What if chapter officers, as they finished their terms, no longer had to hand off a “milk crate” full of files to the incoming officer? What if all pertinent forms, training materials, leadership/chapter development programs and key Headquarters information were available online, in one custom-designed location? That was the goal of Phi Mu’s National Council when they approached the Foundation for a $25,000 technology grant to fund the development of the Online Leadership Center and supporting leadership programs. The website improves the usefulness of officer training materials, personalizes the training by officer type and includes various types of media such as PowerPoint presentations, videos and podcasts.

~ Programming and Leadership Development Coordinator ~

A Fraternity staff position, the Programming and Leadership Development Coordinator is partially funded by Foundation. She is responsible for the development and implementation of educational programming for our members.

~ Leadership Consultants ~

Leadership consultants are similar to chapter consultants who travel and visit chapters. They teach the officers in collegiate chapters valuable leadership skills and present chapter developments designed to build on those qualities.

~ Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) ~

Developed by the North-American Interfraternity Conference, UIFI is a 5-day journey which offers participants the opportunity to explore, define, and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness, commitment to Phi Mu, and grow to expect values-based action from themselves and those they lead.
